The Role The Admin Clerk will be responsible for capturing, recording, and analyzing of data at Tlou Drilling-Jwaneng Mine. Also ensuring the accuracy of the information recorded. Key Performance Areas: Data entry, storage, record keeping and data verification by comparing it to source documents Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation Sort, organize and file paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost Assist in generating quotations and estimates for customers Respond to customer request in a timely manner Prepare and submit weekly and monthly report both internally and externally Responsible for all data entries and hard copy filing Assist in generating supplier purchase orders Work towards achieving set KPI’s for the site Adhere to all SMR Policies and procedures especially the SHEQ policies Carry our work in accordance with set time frames Daily monitoring and evaluation of Rock tools performance Locate and...
