Job Summary The Asset Management team’s goal is to facilitate a positive customer experience with NEXTracker. The Field Services Technician ensures that NEXTracker’s product and continuing support exceeds customer expectations and is of the highest quality possible, developing customer loyalty by optimizing the product to the customer’s needs and providing great technical support services. Test and commission NEXTracker tracker installations Provide tracker controller expertise, supporting controller commissioning process and on-going maintenance Provide technical support for NEXTracker customers worldwide, ensuring a best in class customer experience and providing product and systems expertise to maximize customer value Manage controller commissioning process for customer acceptance of NEXTracker tracker installations for placement of warranty Play a key role in third party qualification for O&M providers Support product development, sales, and marketing as requested Work closely with Tech Services Team providing in the field repairs and documenting all issues Be an internal customer advocate within NEXTracker Able to carry a $2000 balance at a time on a personal credit card for travel expenses
