Duties Communication with all relevant parties Be on call for any major emergencies Constantly re-evaluating internal processes Continuously striving to ensure good relationships Assisting consultants in advising clients on all product related queries Managing all reservations queries and issues Managing guest relationships and personally always ensuring the highest client service delivery From time to time be available to meet with international clients, host dinners, site inspection and /or host educational and attend trade shows Managing the reservation team (2 employees) Manage staff and lead by example. Empowerment, training, motivating staff Ensuring that daily schedule and day sheets are done effectively Promote teamwork within the internal teams with focus on other reservations teams Stay connected with all suppliers Oversee and continuously ensure that the reservations team is trained, informed and kept up to date with the latest product information Manage team leave schedules and working hour rosters including weekend rosters Responsible for NPO bookings Hands on management and checking of VIP files to ensure all quality control measures and smooth operation of the itinerary pre trip and during trip
