Role Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Learning & Development Lead and provide guidance on the annual technical gap assessment for L&D, making recommendations and developing the L&D agenda based on the outcomes. Oversee and advise on L&D technical frameworks, incorporating best practices, tools, forms, guidelines, and policies in alignment with established processes, procedures, and organizational needs. Collaborate with business leaders to co-design the Retail Business Schools (RBS) learning strategy, ensuring regional operations, delivery quality standards, advising on required capabilities and skillsets, and establishing operational metrics with defined roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables. Work closely with Human Capital Business Partners and Retail Executive Committee (REC) function executives to develop and implement core functional L&D initiatives based on identified needs by seniority level. Recommend relevant content for new Retail technical and non-technical programs, ensuring alignment with the MAF vision, culture, terminology, and associated requirements.
