SMG (Service Management Group) is looking for a Client Success Manager! As a Client Success Manager, you will be the main contact for some of the biggest restaurant, retail, and service brands in the world—and you will get the opportunity to make them even better. In addition to coordinating and managing their experience management programs, ensure projects are executed smoothly, and establish SMG as a true business partner. Clients will trust you to learn the ins and outs of every aspect of their program, so they know how to best serve their customers and employees. What you can expect in this role: Client relationships: Lead status calls with clients, serve as main contact for multiple projects + respond to daily correspondence, monitor the “big picture” of programs by setting + managing client expectations, and assess + recommend program improvements that drive business outcomes.
