Son objectif est de renforcer les capacités des sociétés à gérer les conflits de manière non violente et non coercitive en aidant les acteurs nationaux dans leurs efforts pour développer la cohésion sociale et politique. Elle aide également la communauté internationale (et en particulier l'ONU) à jouer un rôle plus efficace en soutenant les efforts de consolidation de la paix dans le monde. POSITION AU SEIN DE L'ORGANISATION Le responsable du suivi, de l'évaluation et de l'apprentissage (MEL) pour le Mali est membre de l'unité de gestion du programme qui gère et met en œuvre les programmes actifs et en cours dans le monde entier. L'Unité de gestion des programmes est dirigée depuis le siège, bien que les membres de l'équipe soient basés dans divers endroits, notamment en Afrique de l'Est et centrale, en Afrique de l'Ouest, en Europe et dans la région MENA. Le responsable MEL rend compte au responsable du programme du Mali et travaillera également en étroite collaboration avec les membres de l'équipe de conception, de suivi, d'évaluation et d'apprentissage sur les aspects techniques du programme du Mali ainsi que sur le travail institutionnel MEL....
