Our client, a corporation of Electricity and Water in Guinea-Bissau, is recruiting an Administrative and Financial Director M/F. Position Mission : Reporting to the General Manager, this position is responsible for all activities and operations related to the administrative and financial services of the Corporation. Roles and main Responsibilities : Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the finance and accounting departments, treasury and management control Develop and implement the financial systems and procedures of the Corporation Set performance standards and prepare various financial reports for Executive Management and the Board of Directors Design and lead a system to control the compliance of internal financial processes with the budgetary and accounting rules and procedures applicable, and participate in the development of tools for monitoring and controlling financial risks Reorganize administrative, financial and accounting management activities.
