About the role  : We are seeking a Principal Advisor, Business Analysis, to conduct strategic research and analysis in support of the Simandou iron ore project in Guinea, West Africa. This work will cover research and analysis across a broad scope of areas including but not limited to iron ore and other commodity markets, scenario and option analysis and overall assessment of the business cases qualitatively and quantitatively. In addition to the Simandou asset, the role will support the strategy and business development teams with the overall group strategy, adding value to commercial and operational decisions. This position offers a great opportunity to play an integral role in the Rio Tinto Copper Business Analysis team. You will challenge the business while generating value-adding ideas and be a part of Rio Tinto’s growth story in the global green steel and electrification transition.
