The Opportunity In December 2020 Plan International will commence a basic education programme in the region of Faranah & Mamou northern Guinea. The project seeks to contribute to MDG 2 – to ensure that by 2015, Guinean children, both boys and girls, will have fully completed the primary education cycle.
