The ideal candidate thrives on empowering others to be successful in their roles, and has the creativity and thought-leadership to build and run an exciting and effective onboarding program. In this role, you will design, evolve and run the global sales onboarding program. You will empower the revenue organization to grow at scale by ensuring new sales hires can ramp up quickly and effectively.
