Pour l'un de ces clients opérant dans le secteur de la grande industrie, TECTRA  recrute une /un Chargé de Paie et Administration du Personnel. Principales missions: 1. Élaborer des fiches de paie Collecter et analyser toutes les informations nécessaires  (temps de travail, congés payés, RTT, heures supplémentaires, primes, taxes, cotisations, maladie, augmentation, acomptes, titres-restaurant, etc.)  Contrôler et effectuer la saisie des données  relatives à l’élaboration des bulletins de paie dans un logiciel de paie (ERP)  Éditer les feuilles de paie, dans le respect de la réglementation du travail et de la politique RH de l’entreprise  Gérer la mise à jour des paramètres du logiciel de paie  2. Effectuer des déclarations sociales Établir les déclarations fiscales et sociales de l’entreprise  (cotisations salariales et patronales, Urssaf, caisses de retraite, mutuelle, prévoyance)  Assurer et entretenir les relations avec les organismes sociaux  Établir la DSN  (déclaration sociale nominative) pour déclarer et payer les cotisations aux organismes sociaux  3. Gérer l’administration du personnel S’assurer de l’application du droit social et du droit du travail  (rémunération, durée de travail, congés, conventions collectives…)  Gérer les formalités d’embauche  (DPAE, élaboration des fiches de poste,...

AFRICAN TAX ADMINISTRATION FORUM (ATAF)

The Training Officer will be accountable for coordination of all courses under the academy as well as ongoing monitoring and evaluation of the Academy’s delivery in terms of such indicators as penetration, completion, and impact. Activities:   a. Development of Training Programmes To design and develop required training courses according to standard by conducting topic research, preparing thoroughly, aligning with approved accreditation frameworks, agreeing training approach and methodology, developing training and securing sign-off prior to the training date.
