We are looking for Logistics Specialist to be in charge of logistics operation and management of Carlcare Morroco, act as the first responsible person for local logistics environment study, daily logistics support to local business departments, logistics cost & operation optimization, logistics risk management and logistics service provider (LSP) management, the main job responsibilities include but not limited to the followings: 1. to contact with HQ team to confirm all the shipping documents 2. to contact with clearance agent to follow up all clearance progress. 3. to record and update the logistics tracking reports like customs clearance tracking report / local delivery tracking report / warehousing and inventory report / logistics cost report, and so on. 4. to verify all logistics charges and payment in accordance with official and internal finance regulations. 5. to provide logistics solution and organize the related activities to meet the needs from internal sales and after-sales teams in customs clearing / warehousing / transporting / logistics analyzing. 6. to manage and maintain good relationship with internal partners and local customs authority / government departments 7. to manage and optimize the performance of local LSP 8. to handle any irregular case and take corrective action to optimize...
