As part of the development of its teams, the Mohammed VI Polytechnic University launches a call for applications for the recruitment of a Office Manager The Office Manager must be creative and enjoy working within a dynamic environment that is a mission, results-driven and community oriented. The Office Manager will have the ability to work independently and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with complete discretion and high level of professionalism. Main Responsibilities: Manages day to day administrative tasks within the partnership unit Handles logistical matters related to local and international visitors and works closely with Students, Professors, Researchers, Administrators etc… Data entry, filing, labeling, sorting documents, archiving, scanning, faxing, mailing; copying and processing of a variety of documents, forms and files as seen necessary. Composes, revises and updates policies, procedures and guidelines as seen needed. Supports the unit members and all staff members working within the partnership on the different programs and on all administrative related matters.
