Our client is the world’s largest spark plug manufacturer having 43 group companies, 24 production plants and 5 technical centers covering all continents recruit a Business Developer (Automotive Spare Parts). Missions: Job Summary: Responsible for profitably growing sales to achieve yearly growth goals, prospecting new account; Business partner, retaining existing distributor; Business partner, increase opportunities with existing customers using a consultative selling approach to deliver added value. Provide service to meet customer needs through knowledge of the company’s service capabilities, programs, and product offerings. Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities: Manages and grows sales volume with existing distributor/ business partner, prospects successfully to expand the customer base in the wholesale, retail, garage and end-user level with the expectation of incremental growth; Evaluate distributor or business partner performance on quarterly, semi-annually and yearly basis in accordance within the set criteria; Develops, suggests and implements sales & marketing plans to expand business presence covering all products which has demand or can create potential demand in the market; Develops and sustains sales relationships with key decision makers on all levels of the organization;...
