Role:                  Travel Specialist / Travel Professional Location:           Marrakech, Morocco Reports To:      Reservation Manager with a dotted line to Sales Manager Prepared:         November 2019 Purpose: To plan, SALE, organize and implement itineraries being operated by Abercrombie & Kent /Akorn Morocco for their respective accounts. Whilst doing this to have total familiarity of the account/agent.  This includes a full understanding of the market, the nature of the client’s movement, the pricing strategy and the expectations of the agent/clients. Then to plan itineraries and select the correct products to meet with the agent/clients’ requirements within the allocated timeframe, budget and seasonality. DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Day to Day: SALE, to our clients (B2B) the right product for the right client Correspondence with agent/client with company policy timeframe and identity Opening/handling of Bookings through Travel Studio Responding to daily queries for new bookings, suggested itineraries, requests for quotations and any information requests. Missions: The Support Team assists hotels with all implementation, training and operational issues that arise after contract signing.
