We recruit a HR Specialist. Missions: Act in strict compliance with corporate procedures and regulations, Represent Koton properly with his/her working style, behaviours and outlooks, Take necessary actions and conducting proper monitoring activities for achievement of HR objectives of individual stores, Make up norm staff positions of newly-contemplated stores (depending on feasibility report), Follow up and through norm-actual staff positions of existing stores and take action to make up for any shortages as soon as possible, Forward CVs to make up for personnel storages of individual stores, Publish, update and follow up and through job ads on career websites of individual stores to make up for their staff needs, Evaluate applications sent in reply to job ads, handle interview process (tests, etc) and enter status data in CV’s of candidates found eligible for the process, Referances are checked of those candidates whose pass the whole interview process, Propose job to a candidate found to meet necessary qualifications for the job concerned and hand over the list of documents which ought to be prepared for recruitment, Give e-mail notices to candidates not found satisfactory and note down the reasons for such dissatisfaction with their qualifications in their respective career site CVs, Report all...
