We are looking for an Administrative Supervisor. Missions: Aid in the development and enhancement of the company's administrative policies and regulations, overseeing their implementation and adherence. Take charge of company meetings and provide support for significant events. Manage the procurement, receipt, and tracking of office supplies, public resources, IT equipment, gifts, and hospitality materials for the company. Oversee the responsible use of the company's seal, manage business licenses, and handle other qualifications and annual report declarations. Maintain and manage the company's administrative records, data storage, and lending. Customize, distribute, register, and track the depreciation of uniforms for company managers. Handle the management of the company's office environment, sustainability efforts, dormitories, and other logistical services, providing logistical support as needed.
