We are hiring for our new JIT Plant in Kenitra an HR Coordinator. You will coordinate all HR activities under supervision of HR Manager, define human resources development and coordinate career plans and employee development efforts.You will also develops the training process: asessment, design, delivery, and evaluation. Your mission will also be to identify, encourage, measure, evaluate, improve and reward employee performance. Your missions: Identify and analyze training needs, according with the economic and social policy of the company and i technological evolution. Develop, elaborate and negotiate training plan taking into account the human, financial, legal, organizational and pedagogical Ensure follow-up training budget Define recruitment needs- Monitor and implement the recruitment plan Coordinate and monitors the administration of all Human Resources activities and policies. Responsible for the accomplishment of company norms and policies as well as labor legislation. Develop an adequate social/labor policy, promoting action plans according to the Company's policies and strategies with the aim to achieve a good labor climate.
