We are looking for a Procurement Senior Specialist. Missions: Procurement Demand Management: Proactively manage procurement demands, establish effective collaboration with various departments, facilitate efficient communication, and engage in sourcing activities to meet business development needs. Sourcing Management: Responsible for sourcing activities related to raw material procurement, equipment procurement, packaging material procurement, and service procurement. Develop category strategies based on expenditure analysis, demand analysis, supply market analysis, cost analysis, etc. Conduct pricing activities for the assigned categories. Handle business negotiations and contract negotiations and signings. Ensure effective execution and implementation of supply contracts. Ensure procurement quality to meet product requirements. Supplier Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of suppliers for general categories, including supplier admission and exit, supplier classification, supplier information management, daily management, and supplier performance management.
