We recruit a Distributor Account Manager Lubricants. Missions: The purpose of this role is to: Deliver topline and bottom-line growth by selling Our Customer Value Propositions to preferred segments, channels and sectors through a network of authorised, committed, professional, organised, well-structured, optimally resourced, motivated, aligned and profitable Distributors, in line with Our Customer S&E policy and Our customer General Business Principles To manage distributors, the relationship and the sell through process by adding value to their business with a partnership, consultation and process driven approach, by creating cross-functional business linkages with them, and by making them consider Our Customer as their preferred business partner. Develop strong and credible distribution standards and performance ensuring distributors have the right sales techniques, target setting process, performance review process and sales capabilities. Develop the RTM Strategy for each distributor market leading to relevant and growth focused Annual Business Plans with owned implementation of these plans. This role is responsible for the Northern African Countries of Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia and is based in Morocco. The role will report to the Business Manager for Egypt and Northern Africa.
