Large multinational group leading international franchise in Morocco recruits a Loss Prevention Advisor. The Role The Loss Prevention Advisor instigates Loss Prevention strategy and advices to both internal & external Employees and contacts. The Loss Prevention Advisor manages LP team, training & advising on Best Practice in respect to LP opportunities and minimize shrinkage within the Company to maximize profit. Responsibilities: Actively monitor, direct & communicate with internal/external parties to Loss Prevention requirements/strategy specifically; Provide prompt & professional investigate service to the Company, in any incident that may occur, notify surrounding stores of situation & prevent any further incidents escalating as per Company process; Act as the Line Manager for In House Security Supervisors, ensuring that the team delivers Loss Prevent KPI's & implement corporate strategies; Assist Loss Prevention training for Security & Store Management & Employees; Visit stores as required to carry out Loss Prevention & Health & Safety Reviews; Act as Line Manager for all in store Security Officer's both internal & external; Conduct stock take and Loss Prevention visits/investigations.
