We are looking for an Industrial Project Director. Responsibilities Health & Safety: Demonstrates full commitment to all health and safety matters and provides safety leadership by example Oversees the safety plans for multiple contractors involved in the project. Team Leadership: Leads large cross-functional internal and external project teams and potentially other PMs. Teams are complex and typically comprised of multi-discipline, multi-locations and may include third-party/subcontractor team members Manages the sub-contractor processes including acquisition, scope, contract, administration and closeout. Technical Expertise: Applies knowledge of all aspects of a project (engineering, procurement, quality control, etc.) to oversee the successful execution of the project plan Establishes processes and protocols for the documentation and cost control of the project. Financial/Contract Management: Applies in-depth knowledge and understanding of client contract to the oversight and management of the project Ensures proper change control processes are understood and used with the project team and with the client.
