Alumni Relations Associate

ABOUT THE ROLE The Alumni Relations Associate will be responsible for fostering solid relationships with the alumni of Africa Leadership University (ALU) to engage, support, and maintain a vibrant network of global leaders. The Associate will coordinate various alumni engagement initiatives, organize events, and implement strategies to promote alumni involvement in the university's activities. The role will primarily focus on cultivating and strengthening the alumni network within Africa and beyond to positively impact the continent's development. RESPONSIBILITIES Alumni Engagement Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive alumni engagement plan. Establish and maintain regular communication channels with alumni, including newsletters, emails, and social media platforms. Organize events, webinars, and networking opportunities to facilitate connections between alumni, students, faculty, and staff. Collect and update alumni information and utilize the alumni database to track engagement and measure impact. Volunteer Management Recruit, train, and manage alumni volunteers to support university initiatives.
