Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Writer and Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality technical documentation and training materials for our products and services. This role will involve working closely with subject matter experts to gather information, write clear and concise documentation, and deliver effective training programs to internal staff and external customers. Key Responsibilities: Documentation Creation and Maintenance: Develop and maintain a wide range of technical documents, including user manuals, installation guides, API documentation, release notes, and troubleshooting guides. Ensure documentation is accurate, clear, concise, and user-friendly. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and understand product features and functionalities. Training Program Development: Design, develop, and update training programs and materials, including presentations, training manuals, videos, and e-learning modules. Customize training content to meet the needs of different audiences, such as internal employees, customers, and partners.
