Director of Production & Supply Chain

We are looking for a Director of Production & Supply Chain for our client, a large and fast-growing manufacturer of consumer products, who will oversee management of all areas of Production, Supply Chain & Quality Management, securing that the Supply chain is well planned & managed, that Quality Management is living up to all the company’s agreed on standards and that production is producing in the most optimal way, at the lowest costs and living up to all quality standards. The Dir. P&SC will also secure a well-managed / informed & motivated department that can follow & work with all the company standards & targets, and report directly to the COO while coordinating with all Heads of departments, the HQ in Europe, the Production head, along with Domestic & International suppliers. The Dir. P&SC will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the following value chain activities: • Production of all products produced at the company • Supply chain management & team • Quality management & team • Supervising & Controlling 3 party production sites PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: For Production: Develops the production plan and establishes procedures for maintaining high standards of manufacturing operations to ensure that products conform to established government, customer, and company quality standards...
