CRES | HOSPITLALITY SERVICES Job purpose Manage and oversee the main areas within Discovery CRES’s Hospitality Services team, namely:- Frontline team (Reception)- Lifestyle services (onsite and online retailers)- Soft services (cleaning, vending and plants contracts)- 2IC to Head of Hospitality Services (i.e. national scope)- Budgets- Health & Safety and Covid-19 Protocols- Communication/branding and signage Key responsibilities Frontline Team: • 1 Head Receptionist • 8 Receptionists Duties Monthly meetings with Head Receptionist Attend monthly team meetings Monitor team performance bi-annualy (KPI’s) Manage and submit bi-annual incentives for employees Co-ordinate...
