As an HR Analytics Leader, you will be part of a growing team that provides the business and HR with people analytics and insights to drive evidence-based people decisions. Accountabilities: Provide insights that drive people decisions through Workday/PRISM and other sources and trend analysis Coordinate, upskill and manage the HR community of people analytics superusers Deliver dashboards and scorecards for ExCom, HRLT and HR Community Support the setup of new reporting templates and cycle, facilitating easy visualization Deliver ad hoc predictive analytics to HR Centres of Excellence (eg. DEI, Talent, Learning, Rewards & Performance) as needed Responsibilities: Actively coordinate HR Analytics networks, ensuring close liaison with C&B, CTO, business HR, Workday support, SBS EE, Finance teams as key stakeholders to enrich the user experience Establish KPIs for generating value adding analytics in line with People Strategy, developing and maintaining associated procedures for metrics reporting Identify and analyse key trends in the data, presenting them in clear succinct reports and demonstrating implications on the business and possible actions Support global HR data management and headcount reporting simplification initiatives with SBS Employee Experience and Finance Controlling teams Identify methods of...
