About the role: This is an exciting opportunity to fuel growth at a profitable, product-led B2B SaaS company in the software development space. As the Director of Marketing, you’re responsible for driving our go-to-market strategy and leading our marketing team to generate demand and accelerate revenue. Your goal is to scale the volume of qualified leads, pipeline, and bookings across three channels: (1) self-serve/unassisted, (2) sales-assisted, and (3) partners. This role reports to the TestRail General Manager, with support from other members of our growing Marketing and Sales teams. Given the nature of the role, you will work closely with leadership from all of our functional teams (especially Sales, Partners, Operations, Customer Success, and Product). In this role you will: Optimize existing marketing programs: create and implement new initiatives to generate and influence pipeline and bookings Develop, execute, analyze, and optimize targeted, multi-channel, B2B marketing programs, activities, and tactics to create demand and accelerate buying cycles Collaborate with sales, sales development, customer success, and other partners to maximize the ROI of all campaigns, with new qualified trial signups, pipeline growth, and new logo customers as the primary KPIs Develop and maintain a regular measurement...
