Health Systems Stabilisation Manager

Position Summary The health systems stabilisation manager will be responsible for supervision of the health systems stabilisation specialists, work closely with the M&E manager, contract management team, field operations and is a member of the Senior Management Team. Management supervision and technical oversight will be provided by Crown Agents. Technical and logistical support in South Sudan will be provided by the Deputy Team Leader based in Juba. Responsibilities Overall responsible for the implementation of the HSSD work plan, budget ensuring quality and timely completion of project deliverables. Line management of the health systems stabilisation team members, including the deputy health systems manager, four health specialists, EPI and cold chain specialists and GESI specialist. This includes leave and STTA planning. Provide oversight of all health systems stabilisation activities supported by the Health Pooled Fund through the Implementing Partners. Provide support to the MoH on health policy matters (e.g. contribution to technical working groups) and operationalisation of guidelines. Collaborate and coordinate with other partners (including clusters, UN agencies, NGOs) and fund managers on health systems stabilisation issues.
