ASAP South Sudan is now seeking the expertise of a  Team Leader/Local Implementing Partner (LIP) Advisor  for the South Sudan ASAP II program for capacity strengthening of 15 local implementing partners. The duties of the South Sudan ASAP II Team Leader would include the duties of one of the advisors, such as Finance and Compliance, M&E and Performance Management, or CSO Network Development, for technical assistance to be provided to the 7 identified key partners, and others as requested by the USAID/South Sudan Mission. In addition, the Team Leader carries out the critical function of facilitating communication and feedback between the 7 key local partners and other ASAP II team members, consultant advisors, and/or other local consultants to be deployed, as well as with the prime organizations of these local partners operating in South Sudan including AHEC, ICAP, RTI and UNAIDS. The African Tax Administration Forum (ATAF) is a network promoting cooperation, knowledge sharing, capacity building, and technical support to African revenue authorities.
