Scope of Work: In the process of updating the National Family Planning Policy and developing the necessary guidelines, full recognition has to be given to the sensitivities that would be involved in adopting a Policy and its implementation. Background South Sudan achieved independence from the Republic of Sudan on July 9, 2011 after a referendum in January 2011.
