Job Description This role deals with clients via telephone and/or correspondence on ambiguous and complex cases, playing a strong support role sharing information and persuading client of appropriate course of action where necessary. The incumbent escalates very few cases, and is individually accountable for achieving results through own efforts. JOB PURPOSE Assist in the management, administration and control the company’s underwriting operations and Customer service to ensure quality and timely service. This includes accurate, capture of customer information, Quality documentation as per company’s specifications, excellent customer service, Issuance of quotations and risk acceptance. Principle Accountabilities Ensure that systems and procedures covering underwriting operations are adhered to. Supervise work of the Branch to ensure quality and timely service. Debiting of premiums and processing of policy documents Debiting and processing of renewal endorsements Processing and checking of underwriting Documents Assist in training, molding and motivating staff Ensure that the in-house service standards are complied with.
