Overview: URC is searching for an experienced Laboratory Technical Director for the anticipated USAID NextGen Procurement Service Agent- Lab, Diagnostics, and Molecular (PSA Diagnostics). The contract is anticipated to be between $2.5B- $2.7B and will be part of the Next Generation Global Health Supply Chain Suite of Programs (NextGen). The PSA will provide procurement and associated supply chain services for HIV/AIDS lab, diagnostic and molecular commodities encompassing different functions of a supply chain (e.g., category management, strategic sourcing, supplier management, demand planning and procurement).
