Overview: URC is searching for an experienced Laboratory Technical Director for the anticipated USAID NextGen Procurement Service Agent- Lab, Diagnostics, and Molecular (PSA Diagnostics). The contract is anticipated to be between $2.5B- $2.7B and will be part of the Next Generation Global Health Supply Chain Suite of Programs (NextGen). The PSA will provide procurement and associated supply chain services for HIV/AIDS lab, diagnostic and molecular commodities encompassing different functions of a supply chain (e.g., category management, strategic sourcing, supplier management, demand planning and procurement). Driver Organizational Setting and Work Relationships The Driver in the UNHCR Office is normally supervised directly by the Administrative Officer/Associate/Assistant or another staff member when the scale of the Operation so require it.
