Main Purpose: The Key Account Manager – Ensure that the fuels business in the B2B Non-Mining in the South part of the Country which includes Lusaka, Parts of Central, Eastern, Southern and Western Provinces have optimum sales volume captured, customer pricing, profitability and growth of the business in the sector is achieved Roles and Responsibilities: Prospect key customers and drive led generation process through an opportunity pipeline management approach of customer acquisition (e.g. SPANCOP = Suspect, Prospect, Approach, Negotiate, Contract, Order, and Payment) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management), which drive very much customer satisfaction, and company profitability. Implement, uphold and sustain high Safety Standards in the portfolio operations and in line with Puma Healthy, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) Policy & ensure compliance by way of undertaken regular audits across the non-mines customer sites Regular visits and inspection of customer sites and ensure they adhere to Puma Energy HSE and Operation Excellence standards Be involved and able to produce sales budgets, opex and capex budget as required and ensure the execution of the budget for the segment Manage and supervise the execution of capex project in your segment in liason with the Engineering department Ensure that the...
