The opportunity: The Talent Lead acts as the first point of contact for employees and leaders in the Zambia office. The incumbent will possess deep understanding of the business needs and strategy of the practice/area; understand how to translate these needs into relevant talent initiatives and work to ensure successful implementation of key, high-touch people processes and initiatives, aligned with the business strategies. Make sure all Talent policies are followed throughout the Firm. Make sure Talent services are provided timely and effectively to the internal clients. Key Responsibilities: Co-operate with Partners to resolve people issues Make sure all Talent policies (Recruiting, Performance Management and Learning & Development) are followed throughout the company Contribute to maintaining a positive working climate and environment.
