Training Officer- Zimbabwe

An opportunity exists for a Training Officer to join our team in Harare, Zimbabwe. The purpose of this role is to deliver training interventions for customer service, systems and products for internal staff as well as PayIn and PayOut partners. The Training Officer reports directly to the Human Resources Manager. This position is required to facilitate training sessions for internal sales staff with regards to customer service principle, internal systems and products. They are responsible for providing training to external PayIn and PayOut partners. The Training Officer is required to create effective and engaging courses, content and training material. Internal Liaison takes place with the internal staff. External liaison is limited. Duties and Responsibilities (include but is not limited to): To compile effective and engaging training programs Create presentations for each training program Liaise with Human Resources Manager and Compliance Officer to create and implement a training schedule To conduct training courses in a professional and effective manner Ensure training concepts are successfully transferred to each participant Conduct post-training assessments when required Training of external parties Provide support to partners when additional training or queries arise Evaluation of training Conduct...
