Lodge General Manager and Sales and Marketing Manager positions, Arusha, Tanzania Alicia Maya Hospitality is looking for 2 candidates, ideally a couple to fill in 2 vacant positions in Arusha: a well-qualified and experienced General Manager and a motivated Sales and Marketing Manager to take full responsibility of the property's day to day operations, budget and profitability by effectively planning, leading, organising and controlling all aspects of strategy, marketing, budgets, finances, procurement, booking, sales, standards and maintenance.
