Position Overview S/he promotes coordination between the Ministry of Health and Child Care (MoHCC) and development partners, support resource mobilization, strengthen access to essential HIV and TB related services including introduction and uptake of new treatment and diagnostic products for HIV and its related services, developing, and costing optimal introduction and uptake strategies in liaison with MoHCC and partners.
