Functional Responsibilities The senior PSM consultants will be engaged as needed upon the requests from the countries and/or defined by GDF Regional Technical Advisers. The consultants will be deployed to countries and/or will telework as required and will effectively carry out specific short and long-term assignments such as advising donors, country stakeholders, and TB programs, on developing the PSM part of quality applications (funding requests), developing the PSM part of national TB strategic plans (NSPs) and other strategic documents to enable robust responses to end TB. Position Summary: Under the guidance of the Director General NPHL and ICAP Technical director, the Senior Laboratory Advisor will provide technical support to the strengthen laboratory systems.
