Responsibilities: Ensure rigorous, high-quality, commercially-optimised, practical, executable mine plans are always available on time for weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual (including Life Of Mine) planning cycles in order to deliver continuous improvement in safety, quality and cost of ore delivered to the mill. Develop a team of high-performing, skilled, motivated and engaged professionals, including succession planning to replace expatriate personnel within the team over time.
