The Role In this position, you will be working with a team of Atlassian Administrators supporting Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, and Bitbucket. This will include both support and new development. What You’ll Do JIRA: Create projects, JQL queries, customize screens, fields, permissions, and notifications. JIRA: Create/edit custom workflows: conditions, validators, and post functions. Provide ongoing support and configuration maintenance to users: address user questions and provide training if needed. Communicate with the users and stakeholders to understand their use cases and business needs and help them use the Atlassian tools to improve their processes. Extend the functionality of the tools by utilizing 3rd party add-ons such as ScriptRunner, Tempo Timesheets, JIRA MISC Workflow Extension, Configuration Manager, etc...
