You're the Software Quality Expert we're looking for if you: Provide subject matter expertise in specific areas of software quality, such as test case planning, QA automation, performance testing, security testing, or other specialized domains. Collaborate with the Director of Software Quality to define and implement quality strategies, processes, and best practices across the organization. Act as a matrixed team lead to QA engineers, working with them on a day-to-day basis to provide guidance, mentorship, and support. Assist in the planning, development, and execution of test strategies and test plans to ensure comprehensive test coverage and efficient testing processes. Review and provide feedback on test cases, test scripts, and test automation code developed by QA engineers, ensuring they adhere to best practices and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and customer success, to understand product requirements and incorporate quality considerations into the development lifecycle. Identify and implement improvements to testing processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
