Description JSI is seeking a Chief of Party (COP) for a USAID- funded health sector activity that is directly supportive of the USAID Mission’s Development Objective (DO) 1: Increased Capacity and Commitment of the Local Health System for Better Health Outcomes. This new activity will be the central pillar of USAID/Guinea’s health service delivery and capacity building portfolio. The project has an intended start date in February 2022 and an expected project length of five years. The COP is a full-time position based in Conakry. S/he will serve as the primary technical and management officer, providing leadership and coordination in planning and program management, and overseeing the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of all activities supported by the project. He/she has the primary responsibility for implementation of the project and overall project quality.
