As the Project Manager E2E Operations, you will lead and manage the successful execution of projects related to the planning, scheduling, and tracking of the end-to-end mining operations, including the tracking and delivery of product across the value chain. Your responsibilities will be as follows Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for the defined scope. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Lead the activities of business analyst and solution architect resources in developing the scope and detailed requirements of the solution. writing statements of work and commissioning external vendors or internal Tio Tinto services to deliver the required products. Overseeing the delivery of the commissioned work. Organising and planning, in conjunction with the change management pod, required business integration services to support the business deployment, including UAT. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to scope. Establish effective communication channels with project stakeholders.
