Key Responsibilities : As an Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting research, analysis, reporting, delivery and decision-making processes. Support TBI’s role in delivering strategic direction, policy advice and delivery of projects to our government counterparts, spanning a broad range of topics and fluctuating over time, such as economics, finance, climate, government organization and governance processes, etc Conduct in-depth analyses and advise on key policy topics and international developments as needed to support the client’s policymaking and decision-making on priority projects and enhance the government’s ability to respond and adapt to global and regional trends Conduct comprehensive financial/economical analysis for government projects, highlighting key insights and recommendations to stakeholders and government officials Conduct research and analysis on a variety of topics, and document it in Word or PowerPoint reports Ensure effective management processes and systems are in place, including data collection, analysis and reporting in order to deliver projects timely and accurately Support the TBI Country Director and other team members on various strategic initiatives, including contributing to skills development of analysts and other activities The Associate will report to an...
