Proposals Specialist

In this role, you will follow an individual work plan, meet day-to-day short-term objectives, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning. As a Proposal Specialist, you will be responsible for: Working with the Region Sales & Commecial team, support commercial proposal generation (low to medium complex projects) across the Core with the intent of developing winning strategies to leverage successful deal closures Supporting the regional Sales team before / during customer meetings / negotiations Identifying and refining the proposal processes across the Core business, with special emphasis on Lean opportunities for improvement and waste reduction Supporting as necessary, the preparation of tenders and proposals Configuring and refining Value Solution as a part of quotation cell operations to aid field sales win rate Managing the Value Solution development process to ensure that a quality proposal is delivered within the designated time Ensuring process adherence to all government-contracting requirements with support from BH Functions Ensuring that contracts are negotiated and closed out, in accordance with the approved processes / DoA Maintaining and updating applicable contracts database/register Developing timely, accurate, and well-structured sales proposals.
