Role positioning and objectives: Support the payroll exercise with the HRBP, Manage the Admin documents of the employees (including CNAS correspondence), support the HR team with the different projects. What you will be accountable for: Collecting and verifying employee and timekeeping data Computing wages, deductions, commissions, benefits, etc Reviewing computed wages to ensure accuracy. Issuing and distributing pay checks Preparing statements reflecting earnings, taxes, and deductions Answering questions and resolving issues regarding payroll Ensuring compliance with company policies, relevant industry regulations, tax, and deduction laws Preparing payroll reports for management and auditing purposes Maintains payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures Ensure the legal books are updated (payroll, annual leave, etc) Prepare the administrative documents for the employees Representing the company at CNAS The incumbent will provide administrative support in the execution of HR processes and policies Ensure employment documentation accuracy Ensure effective governance and tracking of the Joiner/Mover/ Leaver process Providing administrative support on Global Mobility matters including immigration statutory requirements Manage the relation with Macirevie for the employee’s insurance and...
