Job Description Job Summary: Responsible for developing BIC business in Algeria in line with BIC objectives Work in partnership with the local distributors in order to find innovative and efficient ways to help developing the BIC business. Main Responsibilities / Tasks : Market Intelligence Regular field visits to understand and analyze local market trends for each BIC product category in order to develop the BIC brand penetration and market-share Scope of the analysis: Distribution network Customer analysis BIC positioning Competition analysis: price, product, distribution, promotion Business Development : Value Creation: Identify market (s) value proposition and create alignment with distributors on 3-5 years ambition and main business growth drivers Lead Annual Joint Business Plans with distributor’s key stakeholders aligning main business drivers, investments, commitments, and budgets.
