We are committed to providing compassionate care and support to families in need. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Customer and Sales Representative. The Customer and Sales Representative will be responsible for assisting individuals in signing up for home care services, providing excellent customer service, and supporting our sales team. The role will involve inbound and outbound calls and emails, data entry, and following up with customers and sales leads.
